Tony Danza Talks “The Good Cop” On Netflix, “Standards & Stories” Performances On The Big Show

Emmy & Golden Globe nominated actor & singer (and local favorite) Tony Danza dropped a line to the big show to talk about his current projects!

Tony stars in the Netflix series “The Good Cop” which premieres September 21st – He plays a street smart, rule breaking, ex NYC cop and father to a straight-laced rule following cop, played by Josh Groban! Tony told us some great stories on the set how he was the one singing and the singer (Groban) was doing a killer job with the stunts! He says this show has been the most fun & easiest to execute since “Who’s the Boss!”

Tony brings his “Standards & Stories” show to the St. George Theater in Staten Island October 7th, get tickets at and you never know, he may whip out the ukulele during the encore! Tony’s going to perform a selection of his favorite standards from the Great American Songbook while interweaving stories about his life and personal connection to the music.
