Donald Trump is allegedly having a bit of a problem booking major talent for his inauguration, which is scheduled for January 20th.

A new report in The Wrap alleges that the Trump camp is offering “plush diplomatic posts” to top talent in exchange for an inauguration performance.

These claims were denied by Boris Epshteyn, Director of Communications for the Presidential Inaugural Committee.

“There is no truth to this insinuation,” Epshteyn told The Wrap. “First-class entertainers are eager to participate in the inaugural events. The inauguration as a whole will be an exciting and uniting celebration of freedom and democracy. We will be releasing further details at the appropriate time.”

Today it was reported that America’s Got Talent runner-up Jackie Evancho and Andrea Bocelli will perform at the inauguration. Those choices have yet to be confirmed by the Trump team.
