The Rolling Stones have invaded downtown New York… again.

The guys have an all new interactive experience called #EXHIBITIONISM now showing in NYC at the iconic Industria in the West Village. This exhibit is truly amazing as you get taken back in time to learn how the Stones formed their band and then how they continually changed with the times.

Mick Jagger has never been one to do many interviews (although I’ve cornered him before!).

At the opening night of the new project, Mick was in a chirpy mood — so I asked him about looking back in time along with all of their fans. He responded by saying, “Its interesting, because you go from a long time ago up until the present day. Its not an exhibition about the ’60s only, it’s a long thing, it’s pretty bang up to date.”

Slowly going through this exhibit really highlights how these young guys were able to create sounds inspired from America’s south. There was so much detail in the recreation of Keith and Mick’s first apartment where they lived in 1961.

When Keith wandered down the carpet, I asked him what his favorite memory from the exhibition was.

He replied, “The apartment. Yeah. It was uncannily accurate. To me it was a workshop more than an apartment.”

It was a great night getting to have a small moment with both Mick and Keith… Two legends. I’d love to drink beers with Keith all night.

Imagine the stories he would tell!!
