Apparently Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page is not too happy with the construction sounds in his neighborhood, and has taken to “spying” to prove his point.

What makes this story even stranger, is that there’s been a battle brewing between Jimmy and the owner of the home where the offending sounds originate — former UK boy band-er Robbie Williams.

Robbie has been saying since back in the summer of 2015 that his neighbor, Jimmy, was against his plans to remodel because of vibration damage that may occur to his ‘Tower House.’  Ultimately, Robbie won the battle to modernize but it seems Jimmy is at it again, now that the work has started.

“Jimmy has been sitting in his car outside our house, four hours at a time. He’s recording the workmen to see if they’re making too much noise,” Williams told an Italian radio station.

“The builders came in and he was asleep in his garden waiting. It’s like a mental illness.”

Williams also mentioned that his former Take That band mate Gary Barlow is also battling with his rock star neighbor, Queen guitarist Brian May.

Joking about ageing rock stars fighting with younger ones, Williams said “I should apologize to Ed Sheeran for what I’m going to do to him in 15 years.”
