Prince fans scrambled to buy tickets for The Official Prince Tribute, a Celebration of Life and Music, which will take place October 13 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. So many diehards bought tickets the minute they became available that the show sold out almost instantly.

It’s easy to understand when you consider the lineup: Stevie Wonder, Christina Aguilera, Chaka Khan, John Mayer, Tori Kelly, Anita Baker, Doug E. Fresh, Luke James, Bilal, Mint Condition, Morris Day and the Time, Judith Hill and Liv Warfield. The once-in-a-lifetime tribute will pay respects to Prince’s long and iconic career, in the city he called “home.”

At face value, the tickets sold for prices between $19.99 to $152.50, though fans who bought from certain secondary vendors said going rates were as high as $275.95. Upwards of 18,000 fans will fill the stadium for the concert.
