Nothing says “Make America Great Again” like a British band from the ’80s performing at one of the most oversized State Fairs this land of the free has ever seen.

Attendees this year will once again have the chance to eat all sorts of fried food on a stick, and get an up close and personal look at the giant Butter Cow (a life-sized cow carved out of butter and the tears of the hungry).

But that’s not all… Iowan ’80s hair metal fans will also get the chance to “Pour Some Sugar” on anything they desire after presidential candidate Donald Trump introduces Def Leppard on stage in Des Moines on August 15th. The news was revealed to CNN by Iowa Trump campaign aides last week.

Oddly enough, the fair will also feature performances by Styx and Tesla.

Do we have to send someone to Iowa to let them know this is 2015?
