Boardwalk Empire starring the great Steve Buscemi has started it’s final season on HBO! Steve also made a documentary recently, about being a New York City Firefighter – also on HBO. It’s called “A Good Job.”

So, I went along to the red carpet premiere of Boardwalk Empire in NYC, excited about interviewing Steve. This man doesn’t suffer fools, so I wanted to be super focused when chatting with him.

“Knowing that prohibition is going to come to an end,” Buscemi says about his character this season, “and of course he wants to go legitimate, he wants to get in on the ground floor when the production of alcohol is coming back. But of course he still has a lot of competition out there. And of course by ’31, you had Meyer Lansky and Lucky Liciano really coming into their own, so he has them to contend with.”

“It’s still a challenge for him. Plus, he’s older!”

Check out my yarn with the great Steve Buscemi above and be sure to tune in to Boardwalk Empire, Sunday nights at 9PM on HBO!
