Led Zeppelin‘s concert film “Celebration Day” was released nearly a month ago on October 17th. For those of you who haven’t had the chance to see it (you currently can’t see it in New York City) and can’t wait for its video release on November 19th, the band has decided to tease fans by releasing their performance of “Black Dog” from their December 10, 2007 show at London’s O2 Arena.

The performance was a part of a tribute concert held for music executive Ahmet Ertegun, who passed away in 2006. Ertegun, while attending a Rolling Stones benefit concert at the Beacon Theatre for the Clinton Foundation October 29th of that year, slipped and hit his head on the concrete. He eventually fell into a coma and died on December 14th. Led Zeppelin, a band whose discovery is credited to Ertegun, headlined the show.
